During your 10-day free trial, ReviewWheel builds review requests from the jobs you finish — and holds them in a queue rather than sending them right away. They're released once your trial ends and your plan starts. If you'd rather not wait, you can start your plan now.
Why you might do this
When requests are waiting, the sooner your plan starts, the sooner they can start reaching your customers. This is simply a way to get your reviews moving on your own timing — not something you have to do.
Where to find it
If you have requests waiting, the account owner will see a card on the Billing page, reachable through Settings → Billing. It's headed with how many review requests are waiting, and explains they were built from jobs you finished during your trial. Choose Start My Plan Now to begin.
What happens when you confirm
You'll see a short confirm step: "Start your plan today?" When you choose Yes, Start My Plan, three things happen. Your plan is billed at its normal rate to the payment method on file, your trial ends that day, and once your plan is active the waiting requests go out on your normal sending schedule. It's the same plan at the same price — you give up the rest of your free days, and your renewal date counts from the day you start. If you'd rather wait, just pick Not Yet.
A few things to know
You'll need a payment method on file first — if there isn't one yet, add it, then start your plan (if the button hasn't caught up yet, refresh the page). If a card payment is declined, your plan doesn't start; you'll be asked to update your payment method and pay the open invoice, and the waiting requests go out once your plan starts. In a few setups — locations billed on separate plans, or a plan change already scheduled — the card asks you to message us instead, and we start it together by hand.
Only the account owner can start the plan early. And the 10-day free trial and the 30-day money-back guarantee remain two separate things — see "Your 10-day free trial and when billing starts."
