What happens when you hit your monthly cap (and Auto-Upgrade)

Updated July 2026

Every plan includes a set number of review requests each month — 50 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 300 on Pro. Here’s what happens as you approach that limit, and how to keep sending if you need more.

As you get close

When you’ve used 80% of your monthly requests, a notice appears at the top of your Billing page so there are no surprises. If you have more than one location, that limit is shared across all of them on your plan.

When you reach the cap

At 100%, new review requests don’t fail — they pause. They start again automatically when your month resets (the 1st of the month) or when you move up to a bigger plan. Anyone already partway through a request sequence keeps going and finishes normally; only brand-new requests wait.

Auto-Upgrade — never stop sending

If you’d rather never pause, turn on Auto-Upgrade on the Billing page. With it on, the moment you hit your cap we move you up to the next plan automatically so requests keep flowing.

Because this authorizes a future charge, turning it on takes a deliberate press-and-hold: press Hold to enable auto-upgrade and keep holding until the gold bar fills. Let go early and nothing changes. To turn it off later, choose Turn off — a single click with a quick confirm.

Auto-Upgrade is offered on Starter and Growth; there’s no plan above Pro to move up to.
