Canceling your plan, and changing your mind

Updated July 2026

You can cancel any time — there are no contracts. Here’s exactly what happens.

During your free trial

If you cancel on or before day 10 of your 10-day free trial, you’re never charged. (The free trial and the 30-day money-back guarantee are two separate things — see Your 10-day free trial and when billing starts.)

How to cancel

On the Billing page, find Cancel plan and choose Cancel my plan. We’ll ask one quick question about why you’re leaving — it helps us improve — and then you confirm.

You might see an offer

Depending on your account, we may offer to keep you on your current plan at a lower price for a few months. You’re free to take it or choose No thanks, cancel. There’s no new commitment either way, and your price returns to normal afterward.

What canceling does

When you confirm, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for — nothing charges after that. You keep sending review requests right up until that date.

Changed your mind?

As long as it’s before your end date, you can undo a cancellation in one click: choose Keep my plan on the Billing page and nothing will cancel.
