What the $499 setup fee covers
The one-time $499 setup fee covers A2P registration for your dedicated texting number. Mobile carriers require this registration for business texts. We need your EIN, legal business name, business address, website, and proof that customers agreed to receive texts. We use that information to register the number before business texts go out.
The setup fee is waived when you pay the annual plan upfront.
If you cancel during the trial
If you cancel your trial before we submit the A2P registration, we refund the $499 setup fee.
