If your business has more than one location, ReviewWheel can send each review request from the location closest to the job. You'll find this in your dashboard under Where review requests come from. Businesses with a single location never see this setting and don't need it — every request simply comes from that one location.
You can choose how requests are sent:
One location handles it all. Every review request comes from the same location. This is the default.
The location nearest each job. Each request is sent from the location closest to where the work was done.
Spread across nearby locations. Requests go to whichever nearby location has asked for the fewest reviews that month, so every location keeps growing. You set how many miles counts as nearby.
A location can send requests on its own only when it's live, has its Google Business Profile connected, and has its address coordinates set. Your dashboard lists each location and shows what's still needed. If a location is only missing its coordinates, click Update coordinates and ReviewWheel fills them in for you.
Once at least two locations are ready, you can turn on nearest-location or spread sending.
