Your business details and send times

Settings holds your business details and where review requests point. These drive every message ReviewWheel sends. Open Settings and find Business details.

Business name and owner

  • Business name — the name customers know you by. It appears in every text and email.

  • Owner first name — so requests read like they come from a real person.

Timezone and send times

Your Timezone does more than set the clock — it sets your review requests to send during daytime hours only. That keeps every request inside legal calling hours (TCPA quiet-hours), so you never text a customer too early or too late.

Pick your zone from the list, such as "Eastern — New York," "Central — Chicago," "Mountain — Denver," or "Pacific — Los Angeles." Choose "Arizona — Phoenix (no DST)" if your area doesn't observe daylight saving.

Your referral code

This section also holds your Referral code. Share it with another business owner — when they go live, you both get $100 credit. (See "Give $100, Get $100" in the Referrals collection.)

Choose Save changes when you're done.
