Your Website tab: request, review, and change your site

Updated August 2026

If your account includes a ReviewWheel website, account admins see a Website tab in the sidebar. Everything about your site — requesting it, checking on the build, and asking for edits — happens here. Our team builds and maintains the site for you, so you never have to edit it yourself.

Requesting your build

If your plan includes a website build and it hasn't started yet, you'll see the intake form titled Let's Build Your Website. We've already filled in what we know, so check it over and fix anything that's off. The only required field is Business Name; you can also add your Contact Name, Mobile Phone, City & Service Area, Trade, and anything else we should know. When it looks right, hit Request My Website. (On some plans the build starts automatically — then you land straight on the build-in-progress view instead.)

While we build it

Once the build is underway, the status shows We're Building Your Website with an In Progress pill. Our team is on it — keep an eye on the tab, where the status flips to Preview Ready when there's something to look at.

While the build is open, you'll also get an Add Your Logo and Details card. Use Choose Files to drop in your logo, photos, or a PDF — up to 10 files, 15MB each — add any notes, and hit Send Details. It goes straight to the team building your site, and you'll see a receipt of what's come in so far.

Once your site is ready

The status card shows the pill — Preview Ready or Live — along with your Preview or Live Address link (it opens in a new tab) and your Hosting status: "Not active," "Included free with your plan," or "Active — $49/mo."

Requesting a change

Need an edit — new photos, updated hours, different copy? Once your site is at preview or live, the Request a Change box opens up. Type exactly what you'd like changed, for example: "Please update our phone number to (555) 123-4567 and swap the hero photo." Hit Send Request and you'll see "Got it — your request is with our team." We'll take it from there.
