The personalized image is one of the biggest reasons ReviewWheel requests get answered. It's a photo of your crew or truck, with a branded box that greets each customer by name. It makes the request feel personal, and it lifts conversions.
Turn it on
In Messaging, find Personalized image and switch it on. Then add a photo one of two ways:
Choose Add image to upload a photo of your crew or truck.
Or pick one from Photos from your Google listing — ReviewWheel pulls in photos from your Google Business Profile so you can start with one click.
Make it yours
Adjust Position, Box fill, Text color, and Brand color until the greeting box looks right on your photo. Choose Change image any time to swap it.
A note on file types
Upload a JPEG or PNG. WebP images are rejected by the carriers that deliver picture messages, so they won't send. If your photo won't upload, check that it's a JPEG or PNG.
