How review requests are sent

ReviewWheel sends each review request by text and email with a single link to leave a review. A few things worth knowing about how they go out:

  • Quiet hours are respected. Requests are sent during normal daytime hours in your customer's time zone, never late at night or early in the morning.

  • Opting out is easy. Every text tells the customer they can reply STOP to opt out. If they do, ReviewWheel stops messaging them right away and will not contact them again.

  • One customer, one ask. ReviewWheel does not spam. A customer gets a short sequence, not endless messages.

This keeps your review requests professional and keeps your business in good standing with carriers and customers alike.
