Replying to reviews tells Google (and customers) that you're active and you care. On the Reviews page, the AI review replies card lets you choose how replies are handled.
The three modes
AI replies — ReviewWheel writes and posts replies for you.
AI keyword replies — weaves your target keywords into every reply, so you rank for the work you do. This one is part of Axle (see "Keyword-optimized replies with Axle").
Off — reviews wait for your personal reply.
Fine-tune it
With a reply mode on, set Reply to — choose "All reviews," "3 stars & up," "Positive (4 stars & up)," or "5 stars only." Then set a Reply tone: Professional, Cheerful, or Casual. Reply timing is handled for you — replies go out at natural, varied intervals, like a busy owner actually replies.
Catching up on your backlog
Have older reviews with no reply? The Backlog catch-up card shows how many are unreplied. Turn on a reply mode, then choose Start catching up, and ReviewWheel replies to your existing reviews at a steady, natural pace. You can choose Stop at any time.
When replies go live
Replies begin posting to Google once your Google Business Profile connection is fully authorized to post on your behalf. Until then, ReviewWheel prepares them and the feed stays read-only.
