Getting started

4. Launch your first campaign

Updated July 2026

Your customers are in, your details are set, and your review destination points to Google. Now you turn requests on.

Approve your contacts

Open Contacts. Contacts you imported show the status Waiting Approval — they are ready, but nothing sends until you say so.

If you imported a batch of past customers, use the Contacts awaiting reactivation banner and choose Manage, then Start reactivation. ReviewWheel reaches back out to your past customers gradually, so your reviews land at a natural pace instead of all at once.

What sending looks like

You do not schedule anything. There is no calendar to manage. ReviewWheel sends each request at the right moment and drips follow-ups a few days later if there is no response. Turning 5 to 12% of your past customers into fresh Google reviews is a realistic result.

Watch it work

Head to your Dashboard. As requests go out you will see them move through Sent, Clicked, and Reviewed, and new reviews appear under Chosen.

Next: Step 5 — add the review widget to your site.
