A review request is only useful if it lands on your Google review page. This step sets the destination. Until it is set, requests cannot go out.
Go to Settings and open Review destination.
Connect Google Business Profile
Choose Connect Google. This links your Google Business Profile so your reviews sync automatically and you can see what is working. When it is linked you will see Connected — reviews will sync automatically.
Or set your Place ID
You can also paste your Google Place ID directly. When it is set you will see Connected in green. If it is empty you will see a note that reviews can't go to Google until this (or a custom review link) is set.
Sending reviews somewhere else
Under Send reviews to you can keep Google, or point requests at HomeAdvisor, Yelp, Facebook, or a custom URL instead. Most home services businesses keep Google — it is where customers look first.
Choose Save changes.
