Multiple locations

Switching between your locations

Updated July 2026

This page is for businesses that run more than one location. If you have a single location you won’t see the location switcher at all, and you can skip this.

The location switcher

The switcher sits at the very top of the left sidebar. With one location it’s just a label showing that location — there’s nothing to switch to, so there’s no menu. With more than one location it becomes a dropdown.

All locations, or one location

Open the switcher and you’ll see two kinds of choices:

  • All [number] locations — the company-wide roll-up. A business with more than one location lands here by default.

  • Each individual location — choose one to focus the whole app on just that location.

On All locations the app shows you company-wide screens. Pick a single location and it shows you that location’s day-to-day screens.

The sidebar changes with your choice

Because some screens are company-wide and some belong to a single location, the sidebar swaps to match what you’re looking at:

  • On All locations you’ll see Reporting, Billing, Users, and Integrations — the company-wide screens.

  • On a single location you’ll see Dashboard, Contacts, Messaging, Reviews, Widgets, Social Posting, and Axle — the day-to-day screens for that one location.

Location names stay readable

If you name your locations like “Summit Home Services — Marietta”, the switcher shows just the part that tells them apart (“Marietta”) on the top line and keeps the company name underneath. Long names stay easy to read.
