Don't see a direct connector for your software? You can still automate review requests two ways.
Zapier
Zapier links thousands of apps together. In Integrations, choose Add integration and pick Zapier (it's the catch-all option in the footer, under "CRM not here? You can still connect with Zapier"). Send every completed job from your app to ReviewWheel, and we'll ask that customer for a review.
This is also the recommended path for Workiz today — a direct Workiz connector is coming soon, and on the Workiz page you'll see Connect with Zapier to bridge it in the meantime.
Webhooks
If your system can send a webhook, choose Webhook. Use it to send completed-job data to ReviewWheel from any system. This is the most flexible option for custom or in-house software.
Which should I use?
Use Zapier if your app is already on Zapier — it's the no-code path.
Use a webhook if you have a developer or your system can post job data directly.
Either way, the result is the same: every finished job asks for a review, automatically.
