Connecting your software is the least-work way to get reviews: every finished job asks for a review automatically. Open Integrations to set it up.
Add an integration
Choose Add integration, then pick where your completed jobs live. ReviewWheel will ask those customers for a review. Your connected tools appear under Connected.
Choose when to send
On a connector's page, under Choose when to send review requests, the live option today is Job Closed — ReviewWheel asks for a review the moment a job is marked complete. For QuickBooks, the live option is Invoice Created — it asks for a review when you send an invoice. More triggers are on the way.
Confirm consent, then connect
Check the box confirming you have the required consent to message customers by email or SMS, then choose Connect account. Once connected, you'll see that every completed job (or invoice) now automatically asks for a review.
Status labels
A connector shows Connected when it's live, Reconnect if it needs re-authenticating, or Coming soon if it isn't available yet.
