If your customer list lives in a spreadsheet, you can upload it to ReviewWheel and ask all of those past customers for a review at once. This is your one-time reactivation campaign.
How to import:
Export your customers to a CSV file. Include a header row.
Make sure there is a phone column. Name, email, and address columns are optional but helpful.
In your dashboard, click Choose CSV and pick your file.
ReviewWheel skips duplicates and invalid phone numbers and tells you exactly how many customers were imported. If you include an address column, those jobs can also appear on your neighborhood map.
Your one-time reactivation campaign to past customers does not count against your monthly send limit.
