Your dashboard tells one story in three numbers: get Found, get Chosen, get Booked. Here is what each means.
Found
Found is where you rank on the local map — how easily customers spot you before they ever read a review. It shows your average local map rank across your service area. Found is powered by Axle, ReviewWheel's search add-on. If you don't have Axle yet, this card invites you to Learn about Axle.
Chosen
Chosen is your reputation — how often customers pick you, and what they say. It shows your star rating and review count, plus new reviews over your selected time range. The Chosen — your reputation section below breaks it down with a request funnel (Sent, Clicked, Reviewed) and your most recent reviews. Choose View all to open the full Reviews page.
Booked
Booked is jobs booked from Local Service Ads. This one is marked Coming soon — we're building it now. Until it's live it shows a dash, not a real number.
Fresh accounts look quiet
A brand-new account shows dashes and zeros. That's normal. Each number grows from one action: add customers to grow Chosen, and every new review pushes you up the map. Use the date dropdown in the top right to change the window — Trailing (Last 7, 30, 90, or 365 days) or To date (Week, Month, Quarter, or Year to date).
More than one location?
This dashboard is for a single location. If your business has more than one location, your home screen is the all-locations Reporting view instead — see The all-locations view: Reporting and product lanes.
